Itinerary:

DAY 1 | BEIRUT - MADRID

Upon arrival to the Airport, you will be welcomed, assisted and transferred to your hotel for check-in then enjoy the rest of your day exploring the capital. At the evening, you will have dinner and an Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 2 MADRID 

After Breakfast, you will be taking a panoramic city tour of Madrid and discovering the medieval origins of the city, like the Arabic fortress at the Barrio de la Morería - famous for its historical buildings. Then you will take a drive through the courtesan district of the Hapsburgs characterized by Phillip II, Renaissance and Baroque style buildings. Passing by Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de la Villa, the Madrid of the Bourbons, the complex town planning schemes of Charles III and the Royal Palace.

During the day you will stop at the famous “Hard Rock Café” to enjoy a free drink. The afternoon time is left for you to explore the wonders of this city on your own.

DAY 3 | MADRID - VALENCIA (BY TRAIN)

You will be taking a transfer after breakfast to “Puerta de Atocha” train station to depart by AVE (high speed train) to Valencia. Reaching Valencia, you’ll enjoy this Mediterranean coastal city and feast your eyes with its modern “City of Arts and Sciences” architectural complex combining six elements: L’ Hemisferic, L'Umbracle, the Science Museum, the Oceanographic museum, Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia and L'Àgora.

The city of the Flowers is also the home of the internationally well renowned and delicious “Paella”. Wrapping up your city tour, you will be transferred to your hotel.

DAY 4 | VALENCIA - BARCELONA (BY BUS)

 

After having breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be taking a morning city tour while driving through the old city showcasing the most prominent buildings. You will then pass by the old riverbed of Turia and to “Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias”, the most avant-garde complex where you’ll get to watch the emblematic exteriors of the six buildings. Early afternoon, you will depart northwards all along the Mediterranean coast to Catalunya, cruising through Tarragona and the Roman Tarraco to reach Barcelona; the principal Mediterranean city, homeland of the famous architect Gaudí and symbol of the Catalonian modernism.

DAY 5 | BARCELONA

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will tour the city of dreams known worldwide for hosting the Olympic Games during 1992. You’ll then drive along the main avenues imprinted with impressive modernist buildings by Gaudí such as La Pedrera, Casa Milá, etc. – declared World Heritage buildings. – . Next, The Montjuïc Park opens up spectacular views of the city, such as the Olympic Ring, the monument to Columbus and the Olympic Port. Later in the afternoon, you’ll be free to roam Barcelona and keep on discovering the attractive offers as well as exquisite and varied gastronomy.

DAY 6 | BARCELONA - ZARAGOZA - MADRID (BY BUS)

After breakfast at the hotel you’ll be taking the coach southwest to Zaragoza along an industrial and an agricultural area. Arriving to the capital city of Aragón, you’ll go through the Ebro river and most copious banks within the Iberian Peninsula. Zaragoza, known as Cesar Augusta during the Roman period had an important role in Spanish history. Later you’ll enjoy some free time to discover the impressive Baroque architecture of the Basilic-Temple of Our Lady Pilar. You’ll wrap up your day by driving back to Madrid.

DAY 7  | MADRID - BEIRUT

The Tour will be concluded after having breakfast at the hotel. After check-out, you will take a transfer to the Airport and catch your flight back to Beirut.
