Welcome to Grand Hotel Palazzo Della Font

Grand Hotel Palazzo Della Font Nestled in the quietness of a private park, the Grand Hotel Palazzo della Fonte part of The Leading Hotel of the World is an enchanted country manor stunningly unique in style and ambience. At Palazzo we believe in healthy living and a leisurely pace of life among magnificent hills and unspoilt nature. The 5* hotel is located in Fiuggi, 50 min drive from Rome. Fiuggi town gained fame as early as the 14th century, when Pope Boniface VIII claimed his kidney stones had been healed by the mineral waters from the nearby Fiuggi spring. Two centuries later Michelangelo also extolled the virtues of the water that cured him of what he called the only kind of stone I couldn't love. Soon FIuggi Water was being sent in bottles to all of Europe's royalty. Not until the turn of the 20th century did it become fashionable to make pilgrimages to spa towns, and it was around this time that the King of Italy renamed Anticoli in honor of its most celebrated attraction.FREE SPA ENTRANCE Includes Turkish Bath, Hot Tub, Gym, Tennis Court. The 153 rooms at the Grand Hotel Palazzo della Fonte are exceptionally spacious, superbly lit by natural light. The quietness of the park and elegant details make them comfortable and welcoming from the first impression. Refined and sober, decorated with floral motifs in different colours and shades, the rooms radiate the warm sunshine and vital energy of the surrounding nature. The drapery and furniture are inspired to the exclusive style of English country manors. Some rooms have a delightful private terrace, perfect for a breakfast 'en plein air' or a cocktail at sunset; some are provided with poster beds to enhance the romance of your stay. The large windows afford magnificent views on the surrounding hills and evoke the feeling of always being in touch with nature. The bathrooms are equally as grand and are decorated in precious Carrara marbles. The excellence of Italian kitchen is served. Mastery in food preparation and presentation is our proud.
